Refund Policy

We want all our customers to be satisfied with our service. If you are unhappy with your subscription for any reason, please contact us at [email protected] to request a refund.

Refund Eligibility

  • For monthly or annual subscription plans, we will refund the prorated amount for any unused days remaining in your current billing period. Refunds are calculated from the date you contact us, not the date of your last bill.
  • Refunds are only available within the first 14 days following subscription activation. After 14 days, refunds on subscriptions are no longer available.

Refund Processing

All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method by our payment processor, Stripe, within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot provide refunds in the following cases:

  • After your subscription has renewed for a new term
  • For any promotional credits or discounts applied to your subscriptions
  • For subscriptions cancelled during a free trial period

Abuse of our refund policy may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
